Who we are

  • Account information: your email and a hashed password, if you create an account
  • Payment information: handled directly by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number
  • Marketing: your email address, if you subscribe. Nothing more
  • Technical: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited — collected through cookies and analytics

Why we collect it

To take payment, ship your order, handle returns and warranty claims, answer your questions, meet our tax and legal obligations, and — only if you have opted in — send you occasional email. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Who we share it with

Only with the suppliers who make the store work, and only with what they need: our payment provider [provider], our shipping carriers [carriers], our email platform [platform], and our hosting and analytics providers. Some of these process data outside Australia.
