Everyone gets in

Accessibility

We want this site to work for everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation or magnification. Here is where we are up to.

What we are aiming for

We are working towards WCAG 2.2 Level AA. That means readable colour contrast, a visible focus indicator, meaningful alternative text on images, proper heading structure, and a site that works fully from the keyboard.

What we have done

  • Text and background colours checked for contrast against the AA thresholds
  • Semantic headings so screen readers can navigate the page structure
  • Descriptive alternative text on product and editorial photography
  • Forms with real labels, not placeholder text doing double duty
  • Layouts that reflow to 320 px and tolerate 200% zoom without loss of content
  • Motion kept subtle, and animation suppressed for anyone whose system requests reduced motion

Known gaps

[List any known issues here as you find them — being specific about what does not yet work is more useful than a blanket claim of compliance.]

Tell us when we get it wrong
